Our team provides assistance with international enforcement and debt collection. We have extensive expertise in fraudulent situations, where we help victims (governments, companies, or individuals) recover misappropriated assets.
We implement urgent provisional measures, such as asset freezing, and are regularly consulted to develop and implement enforcement strategies, notably through our international network of correspondents (attorneys, consultants, and specialists), and coordinate cross-border proceedings to ensure the efficiency and speed of our interventions.
We are regularly asked to enforce foreign judgements in Switzerland.
