Julien Beker’s practice sits at the crossroads of tax, real estate, succession and corporate law, in Switzerland and internationally.

On the tax side, he handles Swiss and international matters for private individuals and companies, particularly in the context of restructurings, transactions or relocations to Switzerland. His practice also includes tax litigation.

Estate and wealth planning also occupy an important place in his practice. He assists clients in organising, protecting and transferring their wealth, notably through trusts, foundations and other wealth-holding or philanthropic structures. He frequently acts in complex inheritance disputes and takes on mandates as executor.

His real estate practice covers in particular acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, from due diligence through to the legal structuring of the transaction.

Alongside entrepreneurs, shareholders and companies, he is also active in investment, succession and M&A transactions. He sits on several boards of directors.
